CREDIT LINE or SIGNATURE LOAN - UP TO $2,500,000.

This application closes in 5 to 21 days and represents a value added to make it possible to qualify for a mortgage LTV. There are no upfront fees associated with this loan and proceeds are at the sole discretion of the borrower.

This product may be purchased without any real estate contract and is based on the credentials of the borrower to repay according to terms.

We prepare your Proof of Funds Letter to insure that your application has gravity and traction. In our planning together, we make sure to review feasibility insure  the capital is there when it needs to be.

Get the funding you need and the profits too. Even if you don’t have funds or your funds are not readily solvent, our funds bridge this gap for you.

Buy the property at a deep discount. When you line up an end buyer for the back-to-back real estate transaction, you continually generate profits.

We provide Investor B (above) a private bridge loan to buy Seller A’s property. You don’t have to use one penny of your own money. Investor B then sells the same property to End Buyer C.
