The MHM website offers information, materials, and services to clients, affiliates, prospects, and the internet community regarding privately funded residential and commercial real estate. These are provided solely for that purpose and may not be used for or relied upon to constitute financial, real estate, mortgage, legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice. Use of and access to MHM does not create a lender-borrower relationship between MHM, any employee thereof, and the User. No lawyer-client, advisory, fiduciary or other relationship is ever created. Users should contact a financial advisor to obtain advice with respect to any particular issue or problem and would do so at their own risk.
MHM owns the intellectual property rights to all content and materials. All intellectual property rights are reserved by MHM as copyrighted and may not be reproduced, duplicated, downloaded, disseminated, published, sold, rented, sub-licensed, or transferred in any form or by any means, except with the prior written permission of MHM. The User may view and/or print pages for personal use subject to restrictions set forth in agreement.
All MHM materials are informational to the User. Any opinions expressed at or through blog posts, articles, white papers, or other materials are the opinions of the author and may not reflect the opinions of MHM.
MHM provides links to other internet addresses for the User to access. These links contain information created, published, maintained, or otherwise posted by institutions or organizations independent of MHM. We do neither endorse, approve, certify or control these links nor guarantee accuracy, completeness, efficacy, timeliness or correct sequencing of information. Use of links is voluntary and should only be undertaken after independent review. Should a User find any link objectionable for any reason, MHM is under no obligation to remove the link or respond directly to the User.
No responsibility is assumed or accepted for consequences from the use of the information herein. This includes but is not limited to delays, errors or omissions, accuracy or reasonableness, ownership of copyright or other intellectual property rights, and the violation of property, privacy or personal rights of others. In addition, it is the User's responsibility to take precautions and ensure that material selected from third parties is free of viruses, worms, Trojan horses, and other destructive items.
The User agrees to indemnify and defend MHM, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, joint venture partners, suppliers, content providers, and agents of any kind against all claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with MHM or any third party.
MHM complies with all local, state or national laws, rules, and regulations, as the case may be. The User warrants to MHM that no information for any purpose is unlawful or prohibited. In the event of any dispute between the User and MHM, you agree that the aggregate liability of MHM to you for any and all claims that may arise is limited to ten U.S. dollars ($10). Both parties consent to arbitrate that dispute in an arbitration hearing held in a location within Cobb County, Georgia, to be settled, binding, and enforceable under the then current rules of the American Arbitration Association.
We appreciate your continued patronage.
